By using the Hear Me app, you fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Hear Me allows users ("call recipients") to set a price per minute and receive paid calls from other users ("callers") who wish to make use of their time or expertise.

Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

Pricing & Payments

• Each user freely sets their own per-minute rate.
• Call cost is calculated automatically based on the actual call duration and the set rate.
• Top-ups and withdrawals are handled through the in-app e-wallet, and service fees may apply to withdrawals as disclosed in the app.
• Amounts paid for calls are non-refundable once the call is completed, except in cases of documented technical failure.

User Conduct

Users must not use the platform for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, impersonation, or infringement of others' rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

Nature of Calls & Disclaimer

Calls made through the platform are a means of communication between two independent parties. Hear Me is not responsible for the content of calls or any advice or consultation provided during them; our responsibility is limited to operating the platform's technical infrastructure and calculating fees.

Intellectual Property

All rights related to the app, including its design, logo, and content, are owned by Hear Me and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The platform shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may also close your account at any time through the app settings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes through the app.
